All you do is for this look is put your image on the page and add class=caption to inside the object.
They use the "alternate text message"

Note: I used the pop up window ADD ON for the links in these two. You can just use a regular link

Put your picture on the page and add class= and name= inside the object, but then you also add a division "after the object". You can do more with these and I'll include an example but you will need to know basic HTML
