Making ShockWave Flash Videos
There are some great flash programs, (one is actually built into web studio).
When I used to use flash I liked Firestarter for simple tasks it's easy to learn and
SWiSH can do practically anything but has a steep learning curve.

Windows Movie Maker
A lot of people use the free windows movie maker then convert it either to MP4
or to swf with one of the many free online converters from the video export,
or save it so they can upload it to YouTube that info is available online.

Title is over the image
and the video has a frame for

and No transition effect.

the swf or browser window
Navy opacity background

Lightbox effect for ShockWave Flash Videos
This is about the pop up windows, you will still need to make the videos.
I have some pre-made selections with effects below, choose one that is closest to what you want and I'll show you where to change colors and text or sizes.

The frame and text colors can be set for the enitre page but not individually.
You can set the background color & opacity, size you want to pop up or have that
auto to the flash size or browser window which ever is largest.

You make the thumbnail images so they can be anything you like.

This uses FancyBox version 1.3.1 but I changed it fairly extensively so it works in Web Studio
Special thank-you to Janis Skarnelis that put it together originally
