Lightbox effect for YouTube & Vimeo Videos
This is about the pop up window the videos you have to make, upload & link to
I changed the code a bit for the YouTube videos for you.
The vimeo site is really straight foward you make your choices and I show you what part of the embed code they give you to use in the pop up.
This uses FancyBox version 1.3.1 but I changed it fairly extensively so it works in Web Studio

All these thumbnail pop ups have the search and related videos removed at the end and allow full screen, I figure full screen is a must have.

For vimeo videos you just copy the link from their embed code and place it where I show you.
You can make any of the thumbnail links look like you want,
I put a play button on this one for example.
YouTube or Vimeo?
I suggest you do a search for youtube vs vimeo and decide for yourself
each has it's own benefits, vimeo will take larger videos and the upload is faster.
Vimeo does have a great learning library for making videos and is more pro based
